Liquid Potassium Supplement's Role in the Body

Potassium is the third most abundant mineral in the body and is fundamental in regulating fluid balance, muscle contractions, and nerve signals. Supplementing with liquid potassium can help manage digestion, overall PH balance, heart rhythm, and the negative effects of sodium, such as high blood pressure and water retention. When dissolved in water, potassium conducts positively charged ions––improving its rate of absorption in comparison to capsules and pills.*

Minerals are essential, but depleted in most people, probably because of today's over-fertilized, over-pesticized farming. Supplementing with liquid potassium can help manage digestion, overall PH balance, heart rhythm, and the negative effects of sodium, such as high blood pressure and water retention. 

If potassium stores are high, it'll take its time to be passively absorbed, maybe 4 or 5 hours depending on the individual. If potassium values are in short supply, it'll move faster, maybe 2 or 3 hours. 

Potassium works with magnesium to relax cells after stimulation by calcium and sodium.  If you want to sleep well, take it 20 minutes before or up to 2 hours after the last meal of the day.  Otherwise, you can take it at any time of day, but with food because minerals need acid to be absorbed.

When taken in liquid form, the body is able to absorb it better, faster, and at higher amounts than a capsule or pill.

Our liquid minerals are ionic. Ionic minerals dissolve in aqueous solution (water), while colloidal minerals are suspended in aqueous solution.

None have ever been reported to us.

It can be taken on an empty stomach but we recommend taking them with food.

Great but never in stock

I love these drops, they help with my blood pressure and I can also sneak them in my kids’ drinks because they’re liquid and my kids have low magnesium and potassium. But my body has become accustomed to them and needs them now. The problem is it’s usually out of stock. They’ll iOS company really needs to up the production of this so we can all get it when we need it. It can be dangerous to abruptly stop using potassium when you’ve been using it consistently. It can alter your electrolyte levels and affect blood pressure and other important functions. I wish I could get these easily and whenever I need them.

Did the job!

I needed potassium for my workouts and was tired of eating bananas and the electrolytes didn’t seem to work well enough. Taking the potassium in the morning appears to help quite a bit.

Best part- bearable taste! In fact, not much of a taste at all!

Great product, but missing the 4-ounce bottles

I love this product. My potassium always runs low, so I have been using the BodyBio supplement for years. It keeps my levels at a good place. Only disappointment is that I can no longer get the 4 ounce bottles so I have to buy bunches of the 2 ounce ones.
