“I am the owner and functional medicine provider at Platinum Wellness Center located in Pulaski, TN. I have been using BodyBio's products for several years now including their liposomal phosphatidylcholine. Matter of fact, it is the only oral phosphatidylcholine that I will recommend and entrust to my patients. When used correctly the results are nothing short of astounding for improved neurological function!”

Not my first BodyBio PC bottle and won’t be my last

I’ve had low vitamin D levels for years despite some sun exposure while gardening and vitamin D3 K2 supplementation. Started this supplement and changed nothing else. Vitamin D Labs came back in the normal range. Yes, I’ll stick with it!

Frequently Asked Questions

BodyBio PC is a liposomal phospholipid complex with the three structural phospholipids most critical to cell membrane integrity and function (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol).* Typical phosphatidylcholine supplements are made from soy lecithin suspended in oil, which produces only small amounts of phospholipids and predominantly choline and triglycerides.*

BodyBio PC is created through a proprietary extraction process that makes a highly purified complex of isolated phospholipids capable of forming liposomes, which pass through the digestive system and deliver phospholipids directly to your cells.* Soy lecithin alone does not form liposomes in the body, which is why BodyBio PC is considered a true liposomal phospholipid complex rather than a lecithin supplement.

The only difference between liquid and softgels is in absorption and convenience. Liquid is absorbed more easily because it bypasses the digestive process needed to break down a softgel capsule. The softgels must first be broken down during digestion before the PC reaches the bloodstream, but they are convenient and taste-free.

The liquid format is vegan-friendly, while the softgels use a bovine gelatin capsule with non-GMO palm-oil glycerin. Choose based on your preferences for absorption speed, format convenience, and dietary needs.

Ethanol is used in the extraction process to isolate phospholipids from soy lecithin source material, separating the phospholipids from the proteins, oils, and other components present in raw lecithin. Most of the ethanol is removed by vacuum distillation, but a small amount remains in the final product (5-8% in liquid and 3-5% in softgels).

The ethanol is derived from corn and is part of what makes BodyBio PC a true liposomal phospholipid complex rather than a basic lecithin supplement. If you have specific concerns about residual ethanol, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. You can also pour the liquid phospholipid supplement into a dish and leave it uncovered for a few hours, letting the ethanol evaporate.

The BodyBio PC formula uses soy lecithin, but the extraction process removes the actual soy protein entirely. It’s technically the soy protein that triggers allergies and links to estrogenic effects, and the final BodyBio PC product contains no detectable soy proteins.

While BodyBio cannot guarantee zero trace amounts of soy protein, every batch goes through in-house, third-party, DNA, and allergen testing. The FDA confirms that oils derived from allergenic seeds do not generally contribute to allergic reactions, but anyone with a soy allergy should check with their healthcare practitioner before use.

Some people notice mental clarity, alertness, and reduced brain fog within the first few weeks, while deeper cellular benefits build progressively over time.*

Cell repair happens over time, so consistent daily use creates a strong cellular foundation.* For those addressing specific health concerns, working with a qualified healthcare practitioner knowledgeable in phospholipid therapy will help guide both dosage and duration.
