What are SPMs?

SPMs, or specialized pro-resolving mediators, are the powerful inflammation-fighting metabolites found in omega-3 fatty acids. As their name suggests, SPMs don’t just suppress inflammation, they help actively resolve inflammation and return the body to balance. While SPMs can be manufactured, Resolvin uses an all natural, whole food source of SPMs: herring roe extract (aka caviar). Alongside the SPMs, our herring roe extract contains a high percentage of phospholipids, making it the most bioavailable and stable source of SPMs on the market. That’s great news for your cells.

Phospholipid DHA + EPA

Like a regular fish oil supplement, Resolvin also contains omega-3 DHA and EPA essential fatty acids — but also in phospholipid form. Phospholipids, as the building blocks of your cell membranes, are essential to carry these powerful essential fatty acids into your cells and tissues where they can support cellular integrity, brain health, heart health and more.

Take 2 softgels with or without food as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

    NO LEMON OIL. Thank you.

    I have been using this for almost a year. I ran out and was looking locally for another high quality omega oil with PRM's. Every single fish oil had lemon oil in it. As a manufacturer, I know this means the majority of fish oil is being "made" at a couple places and just being capsuled and labeled with X brand and I'm sure they are fine (maybe). But as someone with histamine type stuff, lemon oil = no. Plus you end up burping lemons vs fish. Anyway, I just held out and re-stocked and glad I did! This is a great supplement. I never burp anything after I take this :)
