    I've been taking this for a couple months now & these vitamins kept me from getting sick. It all started with a sick 2 yr old with a double ear infection. It eventually made it to my apartment & my wife got sick. I assumed it would get me eventually but I never got sick. I owe it all to BodyBio vitamin B+. I also take their PC. Maybe the combo kept me healthy. It also gives me a little boost of energy in the morning. I highly recommend.
