What are SPMs?

SPMs, or specialized pro-resolving mediators, are the powerful inflammation-fighting metabolites found in omega-3 fatty acids. As their name suggests, SPMs don’t just suppress inflammation, they help actively resolve inflammation and return the body to balance. While SPMs can be manufactured, Resolvin uses an all natural, whole food source of SPMs: herring roe extract (aka caviar). Alongside the SPMs, our herring roe extract contains a high percentage of phospholipids, making it the most bioavailable and stable source of SPMs on the market. That’s great news for your cells.

Phospholipid DHA + EPA

Like a regular fish oil supplement, Resolvin also contains omega-3 DHA and EPA essential fatty acids — but also in phospholipid form. Phospholipids, as the building blocks of your cell membranes, are essential to carry these powerful essential fatty acids into your cells and tissues where they can support cellular integrity, brain health, heart health and more.

Take 2 softgels with or without food as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

For maintaining good health, take 2 capsules daily. If looking to support a healthy inflammation response for a chronic issue, begin with a loading dose of 4 to 6 capsules per day.     Fish Oil

    I’ve noticed a big difference since taking these. They do have a smell but it’s worth it. My kids take them as well and everyone has just gotten used to the smell. Best fish oil on the market in my opinion!

    Second review...time has passed.

    I've been taking this now for about 9 months. I definitely noticed some inflammation improvements at first, better gut health (less j-pouch inflammation), better skin....I loved that there was no fishy after taste as with EVERY OTHER omega supplement I have tried. Well, I can report that when I don't take this for a couple of days (I often will rotate out a supplement to see if it still needed, less is more for me...) My inflammation markers (on my body, not in a serum test) increases! I also tested with (1 cap a day) vs (2 caps a day). The recommended dose of (2) seems best. I suspected Fish+ helped but I'm 100% sold now. I hope to use this foreva. Yay and thanks BB!

    Convenient!

    Really convenient, non-messy way to take fish oil! No nasty burps and no messy spills on the counter. I noticed clearer thinking while taking this too! Great product and my preferred way to take fish oil hands down!

    Not happy with the update

    I used to be able to buy a bottle of twice as many capsules for $43 or less (full script). There's zero noticeable difference with the updated formula that charges almost double for half the amount of capsules. Disappointed, but love Body Bio and hope they take this feedback to heart.
